Well I am happy to report that today is the first official day of Construction. Late yesterday we received our construction permits from the City of Durham. I will be submitting all of the required information to the Durham county health department in the morning. At that point the permits can be issued from the city. Well, we signed the lease today and the official address is 107 west main street, downtown Durham!!!!! We are scheduled to submit our construction drawings on Tuesday the 25th. Keep you fingers crossed…….Â
