Spent the weekend in Asheville NC for the first annual National Truffle Festival. It was great to get together with all the chefs involved and hang out. I can honestly say that after last weekend, I am totally truffled out. I don’t want to eat, look at, cook with or smell truffle for a few days……. Just kidding. How can you ever have too many truffles. Hope someone post pictures of the event. I of course, did not think to take a camera, but there where plenty taken.
