While digging some new footings for the new stair to the basement, we hit an old terracotta pipe from the original construction…circa 1920.  Once we figure our how to repair the thing we will be back to getting the basement finished for our private dining room.  The wood floor is coming up in the kitchen so we can get a kitchen floor in. All the furniture came and looks great….. can wait till we can get the dining room all set up. It is going to be spectacular! I will be going to Florida again this weekend to get the rest of our equipment.  Next week I hope to have all the china, glass and silver ordered…… Hopefully they will get started on the HVAC and Kitchen hood sometime next week.
