We started knocking down walls in the basement today. Had to remove the old coal room in the building. After removing bucket after bucket, we now have room for cold storage and a wine room. We plan on smashing more wholes on Monday………. Furniture is on the way, however it is going to be a while before it sees it’s way into the restaurant, but all part of being ready when it’s time. Final changes to the basements overflow dining area is going to make for a really special space. I cant wait to have the first wine dinner or live jazz……. what a great room it’s going to be. I will post some pictures of before and after, tomorrow.
