Today was spent, putting a timeline together for the final pre construction plans. All the parties involved gave their estimate on how long it would take for their part of the project to complete. Why this is concerning to me, is that all the dates agreed upon for the next couple of weeks, are second attempts and now we are trying to get commitments on the stuff that should have already been finished. I am assured that we will make this timeline and that there are only a few pieces of the puzzle left.  We are shooting for May and plans must be submitted by next week.So I went shopping for fabric for the booths and Audio systems for the space. ………………..Â
