Revolution introThe first question I get when friends and long time patrons find out that we are opening a restaurant is, ” What kind of food are you going to serve?” I found that this is harder to answer than I had ever imagined. The name of the restaurant “REVOLUTION” gives very little hint as to what one might expect. Revolution is contemporary global cuisine. There are a lot of buzz words for food styles out there, so it’s easy to see why I am hesitant to pigeon hole our food style with some wordy over-blown explanation of what we do.  Quite simply, REVOLUTION cuisine draws on my travels and work experiences from all over the world. Our goal is to bring together the best local ingredients and elevate them in creative and extraordinary ways. REVOLUTION as a restaurant concept, is my way of bringing all of these influences together in an eating experience, that is delicious, comfortable and exciting.
